Bacon Monkey Bread

We had a BBQ this past weekend. I made this and it was a hit!!!!! In fact, my good friend and I started to even eat it before it was completely cooked because it was so good!

Ingredients:

11 Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 c. of butter, melted

1/2 c. of grated parmesan cheese

1 small onion, chopped

3 cans of refrigerator buttermilk biscuits

Directions:

Mix bacon, cheese and onion in a small bowl. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Dip 1/3 of the biscuits in the butter, and place into the greased Bunt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the bacon mixture over the biscuits. Repeat the layer ending with biscuits on top. Bake at 350 for 40 min, or until golden brown. Let it cool for 10 min. and then invert onto a serving platter and enjoy.
