Biscuit Pizza Rolls

Easy dinner for the working wife or mom.

Recipe: 3 cans of refrigerated biscuits

pack of Pepperoni

Chunk cheese cut up into smaller chunks

1 egg


Italian Seasoning

Spaghetti Sauce

flat biscuit Take the refrigerated biscuit rolls, and flatten them. biscuitThen put your pepperoni, chunk of cheese, and another pepperoni slice on top. Close up the biscuit by pinching it together with your fingers.

imagesPlace them down in a 9 by 13 pan.

Beat one egg and brush over the tops of your little pizzas. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Parmesan. Bake at 425 for 18-20 min. You can dip them in spaghetti sauce when they are done.

HINT: Spice it up with other topping inside, like olives, spinach, or mushrooms. Yum!
